Who We Are
My story
With more than 30 years of clinical experience in dentistry, I've spent my career caring for patients while serving as an Infection Control Coordinator and remaining prepared for medical emergencies through CPR certification. I understand the realities of clinical practice because I live them and I know firsthand how difficult it can be to balance patient care with the growing demands of regulatory compliance.
Throughout my career, I noticed most teams don't struggle because they don't know or care. They struggle because they don't have practical systems that make compliance manageable.
That realization inspired me to create Total Compliance Consulting, LLC.
My goal isn't simply to teach regulations or certify teams in CPR. It's to partner with dental teams to build comprehensive safety and compliance systems that work in the real world, reduce stress , protect patients and employees, and ensure every team member is prepared when it matters most.
